Over the last few years Strivectin skin treatment and wrinkle reduction creams have undergone a series of clinical blind comparison tests and all of them have determined that there is merit to Klein-Beckers claims that Strivectin is an effective product. Strivective contains a patented formula composed of a variety of therapeutic ingredients, but one very effective Strivectin ingredient is retinyl palmitate.
This Strivectin ingredient works in the layer of cells that is found between the top two layers of the skin called the dermal and epidermal layers. What this Strivectin ingredient does, is to thicken this layer and help to maintain the integrity of the connective tissue that is also located in this layer. Your skin is made up of three layers of skin and it is the top two skin layers that thin facial wrinkles are formed in.
It’s the thinning of this area known as the dermal-epidermal junction that causes the depth of the fine wrinkles that form in the thin facial skin and it is the degrading of the connective tissue in this layer that contributes to the length of these wrinkles. The dermal-epidermal junction is affected by aging and over exposure to the suns radiation and the result is weakening of the connective fibers and an overall reduction of the volume of this layer.
This Strivectin ingredient works by creating more volume in the dermal-epidermal junction as it also causes the connective fibers to constrict. Strivectin is most effective on the thinnest facial skin tissue located near the eyes and around the mouth and lips. Clinical research has shown that Strivectin produces almost immediate results but that on an extended basis the positive results are cumulative. Strivectin is not recommended for use on other thicker skinned parts of the body, because wrinkles in those regions are often caused by excess or stretched skin rather than a degrading of the dermal-epidermal region of the skin.
