The Eve Lom Cleanser is one of those products that everybody says the same thing about. The cleansing product is touted as a significant improvement on the science of skin care. The claims involve the combination of 4 aromatic oils that are supposed to synergistically cleanse, decongest and sooth skin. The company provides a muslin cloth, imported from India that it recommends for use in conjunction with this product to "improve circulation, open pores, exfoliate and tone skin. The spec's for the product indicate that it is suitable for all skin types. So what is the truth behind this product?

Judging from the reports of individuals that have tried the product there are several facts that are universal to almost all who try it. First: there is general agreement that the product is not easy to use. Some mention the use of the muslin cloth as a part of the problem, others mention the products packaging and consistency. Secondly there are a number of testers that mentioned the price of the product as being very high for a product of this type. There are discount sites on the internet that have it available for less than the retail price. Finially, all individuals that tried the product report the same result, it works, and very well. I tried the starter pack of this with the moisturiser and face mask. I loved it. My skin felt really clean but not tight or greasy. The cloth is gently exfoliating, which is perfect for my flaky combination skin.
I have never had any irritation with the product, the only down side is a find it a hassle to apply. The pot is a little unhygenic and it would be better if you could squeeze it out a tube, rather than stick your fingers in a pot. I think I paid around £45 for a large pot, which is still going 2 months in.
I think the white packaging looks really clean and classy and I will definately be buying again.

i love this cleanser!! I got the travel set as it was half price. The process takes quite a long time but, WOW my face has never been so smooth!!! I have acne prone skin and was using another product, I quit using it just to test if eve lom products are good and its been 2 weeks and i have no break out! Its expensive but i will definitely repurchase!

H2o Plus Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment is a hydrating gel that the manufacturer claims diminishes the appearance of fine lines. This is billed as a "moisture-intensive gel that hydrates the skin while firming and diminishing the appearance of fine lines." The maker states that a liposome delivery system combined with Sea Mineral Complex helps attract, transport and distribute moisture equivalent to the effect of drinking eight glasses of water. Some of the other ingredients are marine extracts of wakame, sea lettuce, and sea fennel, vitamins A, C, E and Provitamin B nourish and protect the skin. The retail price point is $34.00.

Generally, the H2O+ products are well received and have loyal users. This is another of the range of products that use marine ingredients to facilitate moisturization. There are no oils listed in the ingredients but a number of seaweed extracts and a proprietary formula called "Sea Mineral Complex". This product was reviewed by 19 people, both male and female of all ages, on one particular site and the results where 18 out of 19 reported very good to excellent results using it. All report that the effects are noticeable immediately and are lasting. The value of the product is rated high as well with the tested size lasting 2-3 months of normal use. This is a winner.

I flew first class on United to Korea and received samples of the H2o product in my flight overnight bag. After using the ultra moisture hydrating gel on my face, I did feel my skin was more hydrated. It did not feel greasy but more like fresh gel liquid.

My face is very dry and flaky. I started using this stuff in the morning as my face lotion and it has worked wonders. Its like splashing water on your face, it absorbs right into the skin without any oily or greasy feeling. I highly recommend it!

Imedeen Time Perfection is one of the more unusual skin care products. Its neither a cream nor a botanical, its not a gel or a spray, it’s a pill. There aren't many pills on the market that claim to be skin care products and that makes this a little suspicious in the first place. This product has neither been reviewed by, nor endorsed by the FDA. The only claim in that regard is that it is safe for consumption. The maker recommends the product to 35 to 50 year olds and that it is composed of an exclusive "Bio marine Complex", Lycophence GS which is a patented skin defense substance and a number of other ingredients. The maker also states that the product will take at least 3 months of continuous use before you will see any real results.

The potential advantage of this is clear, as a tablet the effect, if any, would be system-wide rather then just the face. It would allow the use of other, targeted products on the face with potentially less conflict between the different products. So is it junk or a miracle? Well the reviews are very mixed. Some users report good results have been using the product for up to a year. Several reported good results initially but stopped using it due to acne outbreaks that may have been caused. Most of the people that have tried it report little identifiable effect. While this is not "Junk" per se, if you are interested in the product, you should consult with your physician prior to taking it just to be safe.
