The article was well written, but I find it hard to believe it is free from bias when every single point is followed by a link to somewhere.

This is the nature of ‘information’ on the web these days. Are people in it for the money or are there just poaching information from other ‘webbers’ and making sweeping statements.
Don’t know if this is the case here, but the excessive linking makes it all a tad dubious.

Is flaxseed oil as good as flax seed? I have a hard time with fiber, because it tends to get stuck. What about fish oil?

I’m 32 and I’ve gained weight
and lost it many times since I was 13.my skin had lost its elasticity on my face and was noticable especially around my eyes, cheeks, and my throat HAD a turkey neck thing going on there.I absolutly hated that! At 57 I have tried every high end and drug store facial cream to reduce the effects of aging. I can honestly say that elemis pro collagen is the best and has greatly reduced my fine lines as well as age spots! I would definitely recommend it!

I found this wonderful cream in a discount store, it was been sold for 7.99 so I bought a 2 oz tube, it had a ad on it saying “better then botox?” so I used it on my hands , I could not believe the next day I had new skin, so I read the instruction, and tryed on my scars around my mouth It is wonderful, now I wont more can you tell me where I can buy it.

i love it very much ,my skin was very sensitive until i have used it and now my skin is getting better .everyone said that:oh ,your skin looks so bright and clean.i don’t feel so uncomfortable .i don’t know how dermalogica in america is but in viet nam they’re very expensive and i just can buy them in the beuty centre.people who have a high salary just can use them.indeed ,it’s not popular for poor people .for me,i figure it out so effectively because i had opportunity to use it,indeed.

Last year I completely agreed with you as I was in the same boat and could not find a cleanser that wouldnt cause my skin to break out. However, since Dermalogica has changed the formula for Ultra Calming Cleanser it has now become Ultra Inflaming Cleanser. They are now using a paraben free preservative (which is good but....) they claim can sting some users eyes. Let me tell you it stings more than my eyes. My entire face turns red, feels like its on fire, and breaks out into cystic type acne. Im very dissapointed as now Im back to square one searching for another cleanser.
