My beautifican recommneded this moisturizer because I used to have eczema all over my face. I tried it out and it was just the ticket.
The nice thing about Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance is that it isn't overly heavy or has that annoying greasy feeling to it. After my skin absorbs the cream there isn't a sticky feeling left over that I get with a lot of cheaper moisturizer.

"This winter my skin has been really dry and flaky. All the heavy moisturizers I tried broke out or caused redness to my very sensitive skin. This product was recommended by a sales girl at Ulta since I also had to have something fragrance free due to allergies. Within four days of use my skin was no longer dry and flaky! I used it twice a day for two weeks just so my skin could drink it up and repair. I've found this product to be a little greasy for day and it does not contain SPF (the reason I gave it four stars)so I'm using the Boscia skin care products currently. I'll use this only when my skin is going through a dry spell because it truly works wonders and doesn't irritate sensitive skin!

I have combination skin, that leans more towards oily in the summer and very dry in the winter. Summer moisturizers are always easy for me to choose, the gel creme ones work great for me but in winter im stuck. I have tried many like chanel and dior and none come close to this one. I really love it. I have extremely dry forehead and the area around my hair line and eye brows. But some creams are just oily and tooooo rich for me. Im 25 so i dont need anything as rich as for example the chanel hydramax i just bought. This cream is super moisturising but still not heavy at all. I apply a little more at night and slightly less in the day, wait ten mins or so and then apply my usual foundation. My skin is hydrated and moisturised in this horrible cold wet damp uk weather all day
